Tuesday 15th at 9.30am

Monday 20th at 9.30am

Tuesday 21st at 9.30am

Monday 3 Classes will be £27.00 payable in advance.

Some people have asked me if I can organise a coffee and a sandwich at the Tennis Club this year like we used to do at the Golf Club for Christmas. I have asked Josh if it can be done and he is going to speak to the new chef. I was thinking after the class on 21st say 11.15 am give us all time to get over and park etc. If you have only been doing online classes you will also be most welcome to join us. Let me know if it is something you would like to do.

Website Launch

I know it has been a long time coming but hope you will like it.

You will be able to book and pay for all your online classes, access OnDemand sessions, order your New Spirit Natural Products, obtain loyalty discounts and more in the future. The set up for booking PT sessions will take a little longer so for now you will continue to get a monthly invoice. My website design people have agreed to host a zoom meeting to show you the system and help you use it, there will be a question and answer session at the end to help you further. No cameras will be necessary. Please let me know if you are interested in doing this so I can set up a couple of dates with them, one in the evening and one at the weekend.
